Psst. Wanna buy some Star Wars Legos?
Since we still haven't found a buyer for mom's trailer, money's getting a little tight. So I'm getting ready to put a bunch of stuff up on eBay. Before I do, I thought I'd give my friends a chance to snap up the goodies they'd like to own.
I'm also seriously considering liquidating about half of my DVD collection, so if there's anything I own that you're thinking about buying anyway, drop me a line.

![]() | Xacti HD2 High Definition Digital Video Camera - $600 This is a really cool camera I bought for taking video at ComicCon. It worked great, but I really can't afford to keep it considering my finances, so it's got to go. For the price of just the camera, you're getting the camera, the belt holster, two mini-tripods, two extra batteries and a 2 GB SD memory card. |
![]() | Fuji S7000 Digital Camera - $250 This is a really nice 6 megapixel digital camera, with a 10X optical zoom, a hookup for a professional flash and tripod, and all the usual high-end digital camera goodies. It's a great camera, but I just never think to bring it with me anywhere, so I got one of those tiny point-and-click cameras to replace it. It comes with a nice camera bag, the original box and manual, 4 memory cards ranging from 256 MB to 2 GB, and it runs on AA batteries so they're easy to replace when you run out of juice while on vacation. |
![]() | 10143 Death Star II - $300 This is an awesome set from the Ultimate Collectors Series. The Death Star has a two foot diameter, an insane amount of detail, and even a two inch long star destroyer that orbits around its equator. I've had this above my desk at eBay for the past two years, and have lost count of how manu conversations it has started. |
![]() | 10129 Rebel Snowspeeder - $250 This is another Ultimate Collector Series set. The snowspeeder is about a foot and a half long, highly detailed, and has an opening cockpit canopy. The seats are much larger than traditional Lego figures, and coule probaboy fit the Kenner action figures if you tried. |
![]() | Dune Mini-Series Stillsuit - $200 This costume was used in the Dune mini-series. It comes with the certificiate of authenticity from Prop Store of London. I bought it planning to use it as a costume for con, but ended up deciding against it because it is costume-quality (ie, held togather with velcro) rather than clothing-quality. But still, a nice prop for a collector. |
![]() | I used to have the UCS version of the Star Destroyer, which was three feet long (and $300). But it was poorly constructed and awkward. This mainstream version is still two feet long, but is much better constructed, has a removable bridge, openable main section, and comes with 9 mini figs (Vader, 2 Stormtroopers, 2 Imperial Guard, 2 Imperial officers, a black R2 unit and the mouse droid). |
![]() | I bought this small form factor laptop when I was expecting to be carrying it around campus all the time. But since my return to school has been delayed, weight no longer matters as much. And my eyesight is crap, so the sexy 12" widescreen display that I would have loved on the go is kind of a pain. So I bought a new desktop instead, and no longer need the laptop. It's running Windows XP, has a 2 Ghz Core Duo processor, 2 GB memory, 120 GB harddrive, CD/DVD burner, built-in SD card reader, and the usual wireless/bluetooth goodness. It also has an extra batter, for those long days working on the road. |
